A: If it has been several days since you have sent your payment kindly send us an email inquiring about your order.

A: Shipping is determined by the price of the item purchased.
Q: If I order more than 1 item do I have to pay 2 shipping charges?
A: Absolutely not. We are not trying to make a profit off of our shipping; however we do require insurance on all of our items. Insurance is required in cases where the item is lost during shipping. Depending on the value of the items purchased will determine the insurance fee. If you are interested in purchasing more than one item, email us the item descriptions and style numbers that you are interested in, and we will let you know how much insurance is required.
Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship internationally. Depending on where we ship will determine the cost. Email us for a quote.
Q: When will the item be shipped?
A:Since all items are made to order we require 3-10 business days from the time we receive payment to the day we ship. Once your item is ready to leave our facility a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing receipt.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee minus shipping for seven days after receiving the item. The item must not be altered or damaged in any way shape or form. A 20% restocking fee applies for all engraved items returned. You must also include ALL PAPERWORK and gift box along with your receipt. Upon receiving these items we will credit your account if it is a charge or mail you a check if it was a money order.
Please allow up to 7 business days for all returns to receive credit. Note all custom orders are non refundable.
Q: What is your policy on ring sizing?
A: Sizing is FREE up to a size 9 for Women and up to a 12 for Men. An additional fee applies for larger sizes to make up for the extra material used.

A: We offer custom engraving on many of our rings and bands. Item descriptions will specify if engraving is possible. The inside engraved message can contain up to 26 upper cased characters of block or cursive font including spaces. This service is available for both gold and platinum for a fee of $10.

Q: What is an insured appraisal?
A: An insured appraisal is an official document that accurately describes the item. Appraisals are created by a third party who is a certified member of the Appraisers Association of America. The appraisal describes the specific characteristics of the item (Dimensions, Weight, Diamond Characteristics, etc.) and also includes the retail value. The main purpose of a written appraisal is for insurance purposes.

A: Yes you can get this in 14K instead of 18K. Depending on the weight will determine how much it will be. Email what style and size you were considering and we will send you a quote.
Q: Can you make this in White Gold instead of Yellow Gold?
A: Yes we can change the metals. Changing the color of the Gold will be the same price. If we change it to a different metal it will be a different price. Kindly email the appropriate item # you want changed and the size you require and we will send you a quote.
