Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange an item, you must submit a return authorization request within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.
Please note: Exchange eligibility is based on the original purchase date.

You will receive an email response with return authorization paperwork within 48 business hours.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned merchandise must be in NEW, UNUSED, and UNWORN condition with all original packaging and materials included.
“New or unused condition” means:
- No scratches, marks, blemishes, or damage
- No signs of wear
- No sizing, alterations, or modifications performed by anyone other than Pompeii3
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If an item has been altered, resized, damaged, or is not in new condition, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We must be notified of all return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, resizing, alterations, damage, or missing packaging may be denied for refund or subject to a restoration or polishing fee.
Any missing items, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
SHIPPING & RETURN LABELS
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We cannot ship using third-party shipping accounts or customer-provided labels.
- All return shipments must be processed directly through us.
- Please do not include extra shipping materials or labels inside your package.
All shipments are insured only for the amount purchased during shipping checkout. Additional insurance coverage is available upon request before shipment.
Returns and exchanges are not automatically shipped with signature confirmation. Signature service must be requested separately.
We cannot ship replacements or exchanges until the original item has been received and inspected.
For exchange or service orders, please return only the jewelry box originally provided by Pompeii3. Any alternative packaging may be discarded and replaced with our standard jewelry box.
We strongly recommend properly packaging and insuring your return shipment. Pompeii3.com is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit back to our facility.
RETURN FEES & REFUNDS
Return Processing Fees
- Domestic Returns: $15.50
- International Returns: $29.99
These fees apply to all returns, replacements, exchanges, and service orders.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after delivery to our facility and successful inspection of the returned merchandise.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
- Return processing fees are deducted from refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping postage
- Additional service fees or rush fees are nonrefundable
- We do not refund shipping or handling charges
PayPal processing fees are refundable when applicable.
While refunds are processed within our stated timeframe, banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post funds back to your account.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom orders
- Custom CAD orders
- Engraved items
- Gift wrap services
- Appraisals
- Modified or altered items
- Ring sizes below size 4 or above size 12
Please note:
- All custom CAD orders go through an approval process prior to production and are nonrefundable once approved.
- Rush service fees are nonrefundable.
- Customs duties, VAT fees, import taxes, and brokerage fees collected on international orders are nonrefundable.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to return shipping charges, reshipment fees, or cancellation processing fees.
FRAUD PREVENTION & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Pompeii3.com reserves the right to cancel or delay orders requiring additional billing, payment, address, or identity verification.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated during the return process, the refund or exchange process may be temporarily paused until the payment provider resolves the case.
